Refund
and cancellation policy
All payments done by customer are strictly Non Refundable/Non
Transferable in both cases of partial (advance) and full payment of products/
services.
AMK Power Parts
Industry LLP is not liable for any refunds/paybacks if the product is cancelled by
the customer himself/herself.
AMK Power Parts
Industry LLP is not liable for any damages, transportation issue, delay or missing
of product after it is being dispatched from the warehouse.
If due
to any unavoidable circumstances, promised services and product are not
provided to the customer after payment, AMK
Power Parts Industry LLP will initiate refund procedure. Amount will be
credited to the applicant’s account within 15 working days after deduction of
bank charges from the total amount. Refund will be in 3 stages:
Verification>>Approval>>Bank Credit through same mode of payment.
Cash refund is NOT possible under any circumstance.
